我办健身卡半年后竟成了这样

       不瞒大家说,办健身卡半年了,可是今天算了一下使用次数......蚌埠住了... 虽说生命在于运动,然而我并不是一个很喜欢运动的人。半年来去健身房的次数屈指可数,一方面是工作比较忙,其实更多是因为我内心很抗拒去健身,没有真正享受运动的过程,没有感受到运动的快乐,每次运动只是当做任务去完成,有和我一样的童鞋吗~-~
不过,为了健康,还是要动起来呀!
那么如何让自己喜欢上运动呢?

1First, make exercising a regular part of your day. 

首先,让锻炼成为你一天中有规律的一部分。
Let exercise be a regular part of yourday, like eating or sleeping -- because it’s equally important. Once your mindset shift, your excuses will disappear.

让锻炼成为你一天中有规律的一部分,就像吃饭或睡觉一样——因为它同样重要。一旦你的心态转变,你的借口就会消失。

2Second, start slowly, and give your new routine time.
第二,慢慢开始,给你的新习惯时间。
One of the biggest mistakes exercise newbies make is doing too much, too soon. If you want to try running, don't go out and run 3 miles as fast as you can. Give your new activity time, as it takes a while for a new behavior to become a habit.
运动新手犯的最大错误之一是运动太多,太快。如果你想尝试跑步,不要跑出去以最快的速度跑3英里。给你的新活动一点时间,因为新行为变成习惯需要一段时间。
3Third, find a form of exercise you like doing. 
第三,找到一种你喜欢的运动方式。
Not everyone will get into running. Try avariety of exercises and see what suits you. It might be running, swimming,biking, using an elliptical machine,or a taking a kickboxing class. Or you might prefer working out to a video or dancing in your living room. It's all movement, and that's all good. The key to maintaining exercise is to find an exercise routine that you enjoy.
并不是每个人都喜欢跑步。尝试各种各样的运动,看看哪一种适合你。它可能是跑步、游泳、骑自行车、使用椭圆机或参加跆拳道课程。或者你可能更喜欢健身,而不是看视频或在客厅跳舞。都是运动,都很好。保持锻炼的关键是找到一个你喜欢的锻炼计划。
4Four, ramp up the fun factor.
第四,让运动变得有乐趣。
Sometimes you'll be tired or cranky or just not in the mood to work out. You can also get in a rut, where you don't necessarily dislike your work out, but it doesn't excite you, either. This is when it's timeto get creative. Instead of working out at the gym, drive to your favorite park or join a friend in their favorite activity. Do whatever it takes to stay in motion.
有时你会很累,脾气暴躁,或者只是没有心情去锻炼。你也可以进入常规,你不一定不喜欢你的锻炼,但它也不能让你兴奋。现在是时候发挥创造力了。与其在健身房锻炼,不如开车去你最喜欢的公园或和朋友一起参加他们最喜欢的活动。不惜一切代价保持运动状态。
I was feeling tired and cranky. 我当时感觉很累很生气。
I’m not in the mood to cook now. 我现在没心情做饭。
When you feel stuck in a rut, it is time for you to upgrade your skills. 感觉自己停滞不前的时候就是应该技术更新的时候
Do not alight while the train is still in motion. 列车未停稳时不要下车。
